Ownership opportunities are available in Silver Lakes RV Resort & Golf Club. Silver Lakes is a unique RV development that allows owners to purchase deeded fee simple RV lots. Silver Lakes is a Property Owners Association and controlled by The Board of Directors and managed by a professional management company.

Owners have a mandatory Property Owners Association maintenance fee of $785.00 per quarter. Maintenance fees are paid quarterly, in advance, and cover liability insurance, maintenance, water and sewer, trash pick-up, lawn service, cable TV, recreational facilities, activities, security, and reserves. Owners are responsible for electric, telephone, Wifi, and real estate property tax.

Silver Lakes Realty, Inc. manages the rentals of the owned sites in Silver Lakes. As an owner in Silver Lakes you can rent your site out using Silver Lakes Realty, Inc. and receive 80% of all rental revenue on your site. Silver Lakes Realty, inc. charges 20% for the management of the rentals.
